Windsurfing, sailing and kite surfing are available for the active, though a great many visitors prefer to relax on the beautiful sandy beaches. On land, horse and camel riding, quad-biking, and desert safaris are popular pursuits. There are, of course, excursionopportunities to explore further afield, including Cairo, the Nile and Jordan.
