The Mermaid I has the best accommodation available on all the "best value" dive tours in Indonesia. Mermaid I offers the best comfort in the liveaboard by exploring exotic Indonesian dive sites through Komodo, Raja Ampat and the Banda Sea.

Mermaid I is a 28 m (92 ft) double motor steel motor yacht equipped with Lovely crew members who speak French, English, Spanish and German. It is built with tropical hardwoods and iron, which guarantees that it can cope with Indonesian seas that are sometimes rough with style and comfort. With spacious and modern facilities, you may think that you are still back at the resort instead of on a boat.

You can identify the unusual sightings of marine life you find on your Komodo liveaboard trip on the shaded upper deck, edit your photos or watch a movie in the air-conditioned lounge, or simply take a relaxing lounger on the huge upper deck. Clean towels are in your room and on the terrace every day.

It can accommodate 15 guests in the 8 luxurious cabins, which include: a cabin with King size bed, 1 single and 4 Deluxe cabins with single or double beds. 2 economy cabins are available with double or single beds, under the deck.

The Master, Single and Deluxe cabins have refrigerators and panoramic views of the spectacular seascape. All cabins have individual temperature controls, private baths, flat-screen TVs and DVD players, bathrobes, toiletries, and fluffy towels.

Enjoy the large main living room complete with TV / DVD where guests can watch movies and listen to their favorite music. Guests can choose a book from the extensive library that includes fish and marine life identification books. Find your happy place in one of the 2 outer decks, one shaded with comfortable outdoor chairs. Work your tan on the terrace with hammocks with cushions.

And while the diving is spectacular, the excursions by land are also spectacular and include sunbathing on deserted beaches, shopping in remote villages, hiking in the mountains and searching for Komodo dragons.

The varied and abundant cuisine includes delicious Thai, Indonesian, Western and even delicious barbeques. Guests will be served at the "Sawasdee Restaurant", which has large windows to enjoy the view of the ocean. Enjoy a buffet with variety for all tastes and appetites. Refreshments will be served throughout the day to obtain additional fuel for action-filled dives. Alcohol is available.

Dive Adventurers will experience the largest collection of diverse marine species on Earth, from Manta Rays to Pygmy Seahorses, as well as fascinating underwater landscapes created by volcanic activity in the area. 3,000 different species of fish and 600 species of coral inhabit these seas. Jumping between Labuan Bajo and Bima, the dive safari will include encounters with sharks, drift dives, shipwrecks, muck diving and beautiful reefs. And do not forget the namesake of the area, the magnificent Komodo dragons, which you will see in its natural environment: the Komodo National Park.
