OUR BOAT

M/V Seadoors is a pleasant 25 metres / 82 feet, European-operated, no frills Philippines liveaboard tour boat with a focus on diving and has recently been deeply renovated to give a better comfort, to increase safety on board and a new design. Seadoors is a very cosy diving liveaboard yacht made of steel and is suitable for 16 guests. She has 8 cabins and is equipped with Nitrox and Rebreather facilities for Certified Divers during the variety of trips offered in the Sulu Sea, Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park, Malapascua and the Visayas.

OUR CABINS

The 12 Seadoors liveaboard crew members are on hand to ensure that your Philippines diving tour experience is a memorable one. All cabins are comfortable with air conditioned, windows for natural lighting and fresh sea air and have en-suite bathrooms with showers and private toilets, hot water, a double bed and a single bed in each cabin. There are 6 Standard Cabins with a double bed and standard Twin Bunk above and 2 Deluxe Cabins with a Queen size bed and Standard Twin Bunk above. 

FOOD ON BOARD

Meals are sumptuous and delicious served buffet style and make the most of the fresh local fare, with added touches of French cuisine, and can be complimented with wines from the boat's cellar. Your package is Full board, including water, tea, coffee, juices, snacks between meals and after dives, soft drinks. alcohol can be purchased onboard.

AMENITIES

You can choose to relax or socialise between dives at one of the many communal areas. The living room of Seadoors is located in the center of the first deck. This is the place used for dive briefings and the debriefings. It is an air-conditioned space for relaxation. Wide windows glazed for an outside vision protected from the sun or the sea sprays, with comfortable sofas and attractive massive wooden triangular tables, a wooden flooring in Mahogany, storage spaces for the video-photo equipment, a workbench specialized to charge your electronic equipment with many plugs. This living room is well arranged and organised for the comfort of photographers. The wide flat screen is available for photographers to watch their best shots. It is also free for people who wants to watch movies. A marine library is available to check the new creature you interacted with during your last dive.

The spacious Sun Deck with sun beds, and coffee tables are convenient for relaxation and idleness, particularly pleasant late in the afternoon, once the sun begins to fall towards the horizon. The panoramic view will attract you to watch supernatural sunsets. During the renovation all the deck floors have now a teak design making them comfortable and not slippery on the sundeck, front deck, dinning deck and dive deck. A new anti UV cover on the sundeck will let you enjoy this area even during the day. The dining area is on the second deck at the back of the boat. It is an outdoor dining, protected from the sun and the sea sprays by covers. It has a sea panoramic view. The outside front lounge has been also completely renovated.

DIVING WITH US

Seadoors offers diving liveaboard services in the Philippines, around the Tubbataha reef atolls and the Visayas.

The Philippines archipelago in the South East Asia consists of 7,107 islands which makes it accessible to different kinds of Scuba Diving Liveaboard Adventures. The quality of the dives in the Philippines is made by the huge diversity of flora and fauna, colourful Coral Gardens and its quantity of fish from the big Pelagics to the Pygmy Seahorses.

STANDARD CABIN WITH A DOUBLE BED AND A SINGLE UPPER BED - UPPER DECK

4 Standard cabins in the upper deck located mid ship. They have a good space, three windows, cabinets, desk. All the cabins have a queen size bed and a single bed, they are perfectly adapted for sharing, a spacious hot water shower bathroom, private toilet and a new floor with teak design. Towels are supplied. The cabins are air-conditioned, the window in the bathroom gives a good ventilation. Plugs are in 220V, adapter are not necessary.

DELUXE CABIN- QUEEN SIZE BED AND BUNK BED - MAIN DECK

There are 2 Deluxe cabins with queen size bed + 1 bunk on the main deck. They have air-conditioning, private showers and toilet, hot water. The Deluxe cabins are spacious, with access in the bed by both sides, four windows, numerous cabinets, desk. All cabins have windows in the bathrooms and a new floor with teak design. Plugs are in 220V. adapter are not necessary.

EMBARKATION AND DEPARTURE

  • A guide will pick you up at your hotel or at the airport, and will transfer you to Seadoors.
  • Check in on the boat is between 13:00 and 17:00.
  • The boat departs Cebu at around 19:00 on the same day
  • The vessel is equipped with European (2 pin) power sockets, US power sockets, Power socket adapters
  • Accepted payment methods on board: Cash, EUR
  • DIN/INT adaptors are available on board

ARRIVAL AND DISEMBARKATION

  • Your last dives will be on the second to last day in the morning
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you respect the 24 hour no-fly time after your last dive!
  • The boat docks back in Cebu in the afternoon on the second to last day
  • Check out and disembarkation is around 08:00 on the last day.
  • Hotel drop-off time is in the morning
  • Airport drop-off time is in the morning

EXTRA INFORMATION

  • The hotel must be within the area of the embarkation city, if not you must join by yourself the Marina or the local airport to be transferred to the boat.
  • All diver with diving count less than 30 dives need to dive with an instructor or dive master until his diving count reaches 30 dives.
  • Level 2 and 3 with more than 30 dives on log book, can dive without instructor or dive master supervision.
  • Please bring a copy of your passport
  • Please bring a copy of your diving risk insurance, and of your repatriation insurance
  • Please bring a medical certificate

PROGRAM

DAY 1

  • Safety Briefing, Crew Introduction, Necessary Dive Paperwork, Cabin allocation and ship orientation will take place before departing the Harbour.
  • During the journey to our first dive site for a check dive, please take this opportunity to familiarize yourselves with the vessel and make yourself comfortable.

DAY 2 - 8 

DIVE SITES AND EXCURSIONS

  • Monad Shoal / Thresher Shark. Unique cleaning station for Thresher Sharks, flights of Mobula Rays
  • Monad Shoal / Manta Point. Dive where Manta are often passing by and as well thresher sharks.
  • Camotes Tulang Island / Subway. it is a strait wall with an overhand in the wall done by sea erosion, totally covered by giant sea fans. We can spot barracudas hunting, as well school of fish..
  • Southern Leyte Limasawa /Sanctuary. deep wall , wonderful coral garden, huge sea fans, an Whale sharks on season..
  • Southern Leyte  Puntuyan / Whale Shark Watching. Old local fisher men are looking for whale sharks for us. We'll be snorkeling with whale sharks during 2 hours.
  • Southern Leyte Puntuyan / Sonok Point. Untouched coral garden with its frog fish, ghost pipe fish and pygmy seahorses..
  • Southern Leyte Napantao / North Garden. one of the top ten dives in Visayas, as much by the diversity of the Flora and the fauna as by the density, black Coral, Sea Fans, pygmies seahorses, Exploration of a underwater river of fresh water which develops a particular eco system. Sometimes whale shark in the South of the island..
  • Southern Leyte Napantao / South Wall. This part of the wall is covered by black corals. The macro fauna is very surprising as xeno crabs, saw blade shrimps ... At the end of de dive we'll be looking for the white tip reef sharks sleeping in small caves.
  • Southern Leyte Napantao / Canyons.
  • Bohol Anda / South Corner. 14km of wall. This part is covered by black corals. We can find seriola, green turtles, jacks, and sea snakes.
  • Bohol Anda / The Cave. In the wall there is a small cave. At the end of the cave, there is a surprising tresor.
  • Bohol Anda / North Crack. Quite dive in the middle of black corals, looking for frog fish. The end of the dive is on the wonderful plateau at 6m.
  • Bohol  Panglao / Dolho. Deep wall with giant seafans. We can find here big pelagics.
  • Bohol  Panglao / Sardines Point. Drift dive on a plateau with a sardines ceiling hunted by fish.
  • Excursion: Bohol  / Chocolate Hills.
  • Excursion: Bohol  / Tarsier.
  • Negros Apo Island / Coconut. A very coloured dive with its schools of fish animated by strong currents.
  • Negros Apo Island / South Rock Point. Staggering coral reef sloping down ending in a wall.
  • Commonly sight leave fish, ghost pipe fish and frog fishes. This site is also known for its quantity of green turtles.
  • Negros Apo Island / Sanctuary. is a huge hard coral garden, healthy, untouched, something very rare on earth today. The coral formations are perfect. We can spot mandarin fishes and a lot of turtles.
  • Cebu Oslob / Tanawan. Dive with Whale sharks.
  • Bohol Balicasag / Black Forest. Black Forest wall 45 m deep with seafans, corals, barracudas, uncountable turtles, schools of jack fishes.
  • Bohol  Balicasag / Divers Heaven. is a huge hard coral garden, healthy, untouched, something very rare on earth today. The coral formations are perfect. We can spot mandarin fishes and a lot of turtles.

DAY 9

  • Bohol Cabilao / View Point. 80m deep wall and much more in the blue. At our bottom we'll be looking for sharks, and on the wall for extraordinary macro as frog fish, pygmy seahorse, ribbon eels .. etc ...
  • Bohol Cabilao / Fallen Tree. Quite dive along the plateau looking for macro and turtles.

DAY 10

  • Breakfast and disembark . Transfer to airport or hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Your reservation request is obligation free and you can cancel anytime within the first 72 hours. During this time you can easily find matching flights and get answers from our reservations team to any further questions you may have.

  • 30 % is non-refundable
  • Between 120 days and 90 days before the trip = 70 % is refundable
  • 90 days before the trip = no refund

In case of cancellation the refund will be transferred to your bank account, credit card or paypal account within 10 business days

BEFORE TRAVELLING

  • Make sure you meet the country's requirements corresponding to your nationality
  • Make sure your passport is valid at least six months after the date you plan to visit the country
  • Diving insurance is mandatory for divers of all ages on all of our trips: bring your certificate as proof
  • It is strongly recommended to have travel insurance that is appropriate for the type of diving holidays you are going to do
  • Check the electrical standards (such as which plugs are used) in your destination country before travelling and bring the appropriate adaptor if necessary.
  • The itinerary and the number of dives are indicative and are subject to weather conditions and conditions: safety is always first
  • All divers must provide their diving certification card
  • Diving computers are compulsory
  • Local rates, fuel surcharges, distance rates, port fees, etc. may change without notice due to changes in government policy, changes in the price of oil, etc. The changes are beyond our control and the increases must be paid if the boat requests them. We will endeavor to inform you of any changes as soon as possible. A change in these rates does not entitle you to cancel the trip.
