MS Sula is a 90-foot boat that could not be called luxurious, but this creates a strong sentiment of why you are there; the whole experience has a sense of true adventure. This is an old fishing boat and you really feel that. What it lacks in comfort and style it more than makes up for in character and the boat itself becomes a major part of the trip. Because it doesn't get light until 10am and is dark around 2.30pm, you spend a lot of time on the boat drinking tea and eating biscuits, it is a wonderfully charming and cosy home for your time at sea. There are six crew members and a maximum of twelve guests so the crew to guest ratio is one that will enable you to get the most out of your time on board.

The boat has a Lounge, an Equipment Room, a Drying Room, 2 Cabins with four beds, 5 Cabins with two beds and 1 Cabin with three beds. There are three toilets and two showers on board. Each individual cabin has its own wash basin with hot and cold running water.

All meals, food and drinks are included in the price and there is a professional Chef who will cook the meals whilst you are on the boat waiting to taste the next delightful dishes. Alcoholic drink and other soft drinks can be purchased onboard.

Svalbard diving, since 2007 we have been offering spectacular diving experiences, unlike any other anywhere in the world. Orca Whale watching with Strømsholmen Sea sport  center. Orca Expedition Trips; 3 days and 6 days liveaboard Dive Safari Adventure. Every year from the middle of October to middle of February, the probably largest gathering of Killer Whales in the world take place in Troms region, far north of Norway, due to enormous amounts of Herring that collect in the waters.

You can also join us for a liveboard cruise to Svalbard (Spitsbergen), Norway's Northern most outpost in the high Arctic. The nature is so stunning, diving on the edge of the ice so breath-taking, that you really have to see it to believe it. The Atlantic Road has National Tourist Route status and the entire stretch between Bud and Kristiansund is one continuous experience packed with coastal scenery, culture and history.

The contrasts between a trip on a sun-soaked and tranquil summer day and a foam-sprayed journey in a storm from the Northwest are amazing. Take your time and open all of your senses. The Atlantic Road experience will give you memories for life. Park your car at a designated stopping place, climb a hillock and enjoy the salty air and the magnificent views. Whether the ocean is flat calm or a storm is brewing; there are great nature experiences in store. Make your way to Håholmen (daily boat trips during the summer). Håholmen and Strømsholmen also organise fishing trips. Several of the accommodation options on Averøy also offer fishing trips with a Skipper. Onshore : Flowers of Svalbard, Birds and Mammals, glaciers, spectacular animals including Polar Bears, Blue Whales, Narwhales, Belugas, Killer Whales, Bowhead Whale, Fin-whales, Sei-whales, Atlantic Humpback Whales etc.

  • We are an operator for Orca Expedition Trips in Norway and was the first operator which started this kind of tourism: Snorkelling with orcas (killer whales). We are the Legend of Orcas and have operated each season since 1991 with the same captain and with a well experienced crew. The three last seasons have been amazing with many pods of orcas and humpbacks on the field, 100% hits and all our guests were into water with orcas each day.
  • We operate in the period only we know there are orcas on the field, the season is from the end of October to middle of February. In October – December season we operate in the Kaldfjord (outside Tromsö city) in a sheltered area. The orcas and humpbacks follow the herring track and moves more out in the open sea after  Christmas. From the middle of January to the middle of February we can be in the open sea by the island Senja and Hamn, more south of Tromsö.
  • The main activity is snorkelling with orcas and humpback whales. We don't use tanks with orcas into the water. The animals are afraid of the bubbles and will then disappear.

Divers who want to dive need to be certified for the dry-suit with minimum 30 dives with it.
